- September 18: My First Two Years In Youth Ministry by Doug Fields - I've decided to invest more time and energy into becoming the best youth minister I can be, and this book offers some great tips on surviving youth ministry's early struggles.
- October 2: Small Group Leadership as Spiritual Direction by Heather Webb - Haylie and I will be leading a small group in the fall, so I thought it'd be good to read something that would help as we prepare.
- October 16: Contemplative Youth Ministry by Mark Yaconelli - Yet another youth ministry resource, with a slightly different focus.
- October 30: Deep Ministry in a Shallow World: Not-So-Secret Findings About Youth Ministry by Chap Clark - This book should be helpful in leading students past pizza, games, and Sunday School answers.
